antivirus not able to update

we have recently renew our license of thread prevention . As application and threats are update but the antivirus is not update from Palo alto server. We downloads the AV from support portal and manually install in FW and run this command still antivirus is not able to update.

Please suggest.

@Joshan_Lakhani,

The invalid content image message usually means exactly that, your firewall isn't able to validate the integrity of the file you have downloaded. I would simply try deleting the files off of the firewall and re-downloading them from the support page and going through the process again to start things off.
