DHCP stuck at offer

Hi Team,

I have configured DHCP server on PA.

It is working fine.

I check GUI and CLI it shows one IP is sitting at offer

show dhcp server lease interface ethernet1/12

interface: "ethernet1/12" id: 75
Allocated IPs: 4, Total number of IPs in pool: 155. 2.6% used
ip mac hostname state duration lease_time
192.168.200.100 98:18:88:77:e9:d7 committed 604800 Thu Apr 1 04:01:08 2021
192.168.200.101 68:5b:35:86:ab:c5 committed 604800 Wed Mar 31 17:56:20 2021
192.168.200.102 b4:96:91:05:c0:3e offered 604800 Thu Apr 1 06:45:19 2021
192.168.200.211 b8:ae:ed:e9:c7:29 osn006127 committed 604800 Thu Apr 1 04:48:37 2021

How can i clear this offer state as it is stuck for more than an hour now?

From the CLI try:

clear dhcp lease interface ethernet1/12 ip 192.168.200.102
