Can anyone share any document for Palo Alto ICAP integration with 3rd party Sandbox Solutions.

AFAIK palo alto firewalls don't support ICAP as a forwarding mechanism. If you want to forward decrypted content to a 3rd party analysis tool you can use decryption mirror port (you'll need to activate the free license, load it onto the firewall and reboot)

it's a dataplane port you can use to forward all/certain decrypted sessions out of
