Yup, that would work perfectly fine.

Hi All,

After migrating a Fortigate to Palo alto using Expedition Tool, a new virtual router was created and all the routes are now in the new virtual router. Will this virtual router function as normal or do we need to make any configuration changes to make this functioning?

Thank you!

The only configuration change that would really be required is making sure that all of your interfaces are actually setup under the proper virtual router. By default when you create an interface it'll be assigned to the 'default' VR, so you'll just need to be mindful that you actually create things with the proper VR specified.

Hi BPry,

Thank you for the response. If I added all the interfaces to the newly created virtual router instead of the default one, everything should work fine as usual. Isn't it?
