    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;-The article shared here is excellent to configure LDAP server profile (You will need to work with your AD team to get the Base/Bind DN &amp;amp; password).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-The LDAP server profile will be leveraged to configure group mapping which will provide the firewall user&amp;lt;-&amp;gt;group mapping information so that you can write policies based on user groups.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-The firewall still needs to get user-ip mapping information. You will need to setup a userID agent to talk to your DCs to pull this information. If you are using PAN OS 5.0.x, you also have the option to configure the agentless userID on the firewall itself and have the firewall pull user-ip info directly from the DC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am beginner to palo alto networks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am working with user id concepts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My task is to get User - IP mapping from Active directory to PA device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running Windows 2008 Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me , how to configure LDAP in it and get the user - ip mapping to PA device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
