downloads time out

Greetings,

i built a new dmz with a short list of apps allowed in (trust) out (untrust) and am having issues with downloads initiated using http(s)

seeing the download age out. i have allowed ssl and web-browsing and a few other apps....can anybody help with what i have missed?

Does accessing the internet in general work and only the downloads fail?

thanks Remo, yes browsing works both port 80 and 443. also this traffic is dmz to untrust.....i failed to mention that in my post.

Ok, then next questions 😉

Do the downloads fail generally? Is it only a specific website or do you have something else like all the failed downloads are bigger than 100 MB? The downloads are both on port 80 and 443 or only one of them? Do you hsve tls decryption enabled? Did you check the logs to see if there is something - maybe in the unified log where you have an overview about all logs (traffic, url, threat, data)?
