      <title>Unable to open Scheduled report received on mail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are not able to open daily scheduled report which is receving on mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some day report is opening successfully, but for another report is unable to open.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is occuring intermittently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The pdf reader is unable to open file showing unsupported file format or file is showing corrupted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please find firewall and PANOS details&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VM-300&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PANOS 10.0.6&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152936"&gt;@PankajDhobe&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming that you can't open the PDF in &lt;EM&gt;any&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;widely used program (Adobe, Edge/Chrome, ect.)&amp;nbsp;I would jump right to TAC case with something like that. You'll need to actually compare the working PDF and the non-working PDF to see if the firewall is actually sending out a bad PDF file or not. It could easily be that something with the way you have the report specified or the data contained within is breaking the way that the firewall generated those PDFs, but without sharing the files, the data, and the report configuration that isn't easy to tell people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
