Hello,

I am attempting to automatically download paloalto products into my software factory. What is available to do this?

Can you expand on what you are actually trying to download and where? PAN has a lot of "products" available and they have even more downloads available throughout everything that they actually offer.

I use the Panorama and Pan OS version 9 update files.

The firewalls and panorama offer an API with which you can automate the download and update process of these devices. This download can also be done only on panorama and from ther you can distribute the pan-os files to the firewalls.

Another method so far isn't available for automation. From the support portal you can also download the files but there isn't an API available.
