Do you have access to palo alto support portal?

Does your device has support license?

If yes then you can download the PAN OS.

thanks for your answer. i have license and support for 3200 firewall and 3020 the license is expired.

Then you can ask the Palo Alto SE if he can upload the PAN OS for you for 3020PA on Online drive.

This is one way to get the PAN OS if you do not have support license for it.
