Hello Dears,

I hope you are doing okay, I have PA-3220 with OS 10.0.5 with GlobalProtect Agent 5.2.6, i am facing a very very slow log in to GUI that takes sometimes 5 minutes to log in whether from internal or external through VPN. Any suggestion what is the reason behind that ?!!!

Check for errors under Monitor > Logs > System. Maybe their is an authentication timeout or something.

@Youkii,

Have you tried this from a different machine/browser? Outside of your particular box having a process issue, caching can be a massive reason for GUI performance issues. If you've already tried that and it didn't fix your issue, the next step would be restarting your management server via debug software restart process management-server
