Is there any way to use the Office365 dynamic URL?

https://endpoints.office.com/endpoints/worldwide?clientrequestid=b10c5ed1-bad1-445f-b386-b919946339a7

which contains IPv4, IPv6 and domain and having update every day.

Yes you can, by using EDL - external dynamic list. Basically this is a way to tell the firewall to periodically check a list of addresses and put them in a group/firewall rule.

The easiest way would be to use the EDL hosted by Palo Alto - https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/resources/edl-hosting-service.html
