Basically this is a way to tell the firewall to periodically check a list of addresses and put them in a group/firewall rule.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest way would be to use the EDL hosted by Palo Alto -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/resources/edl-hosting-service.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/resources/edl-hosting-service.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are not familiar with EDL you can check the documentations here -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/9-1/pan-os-admin/policy/use-an-external-dynamic-list-in-policy/external-dynamic-list.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/9-1/pan-os-admin/policy/use-an-external-dynamic-list-in-policy/external-dynamic-list.html&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
