PAN-OS for the PA3020

Hi All,

We have a range of PAN models and try to upgrade them all to 10.0.7 but find out the PAN 3020 does not have 10.0.7 available yet.

Either in CSP web site or software update on the firewall.

Do i miss a step somewhere ?

Last supported panos for 3000 series palo altos is 9.1.x. Kindly refer below article.

is there a road map for PA3020 to get PAN-OS 10 later on ? or it the end of the product?

The PA-3020 has been announced end-of-sale and will be end-of-life on October 31, 2024.

To follow up what Tom said, there is no roadmap for 3000 series devices to upgrade to PAN-OS 10.0.
