Download MineMeld, Access Denied???

Having an unusual problem I cannot find a link that will allow me to download mindmeld.... and for the record there are lots of articles on the PAN site that have links, like this one

When I click on it the following happens....

Yes I am logged in when I try this which has made no difference. All the downloads I have tried give similar errors. What am I missing?

Looking for an OVA preferably to run on vmware.

We no longer provide an OVA for MineMeld, the easiest way to install is creating a new Ubuntu 16.04 based VM and use the binaries:
