i have a senior here, single source IP address should not connect to more than 300 destination IP address with in certain time limit.

is this possible ??

You can limit concurrent sessions to a particular server behind a firewall using a Classified DoS Protection profile and applying it under a Dos Protection Policy. You can also specify the source user under the DoS Protection Policy
