Regarding logrcvr during commit in PA box.

PAN os 10.1.0 has been installed and deployed in HA(Active/Passive), while making commit after new policy creation or modifying existing policy, I got error as "client logrcvr phase 1 failure, configuration is invalid".

You shouldn't be deploying 10.1.0. Upgrade your installation to PAN-OS 10.1.2 so that you the latest bug fixes in that branch, and if you don't actually need the features in 10.1 downgrade to 10.0.7.

"logrcvr" is it due to high management plane utilization.
