Additional information about the license counting method for AWS RDS and Redshift

RDS Read Replica : 
RDS Read Replica generated with the operation of the RDS is also counted as a license.

(1 RDS Read Replica = 1 Credit)

RDS Multi-az : 
Standby instances of RDS Multi-az are not counted.
Standby instances will be counted only when the main RDS instance fails and the instance becomes active.

Redshift : 
For Redshift, the number of Redshift clusters counts as a license, regardless of the number of Nodes in the cluster.
As long as the number of clusters does not increase, even if the number of Nodes in the cluster increases, the license will not add up.
However, if the number of clusters itself is increased by the Concurrency Scaling function, the additional number of clusters will be added to the number of licenses.
