What OS?  Are you able to login to the portal via a web browser? Touqeer  If you have access to any, do any other OS types work or any other versions of client?

Would anything like a proxy or splash screen be getting in the way of the initial connection? (error looks like it indicates something at the portal itself but just getting some background)

Thanks for looking at my query.

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

Several other clients are able to connect running same OS and client version so I'm not sure what's up with this particular client.
