LIVEcommunity Has a New Look

As you can see, the LIVEcommunity has a brand-new look and feel.

We have been hard at work redesigning the LIVEcommunity to allow everyone to find the information that they need quicker.

You will notice a lot of changes and improvements throughout the LIVEcommunity.

You can see now from the main page that you can see Latest Posts, Featured, Blogs, Knowledge Base and New Solutions (marked as).

New Topic-Based Navigation

We listened to your feedback on the difficulty of browsing and navigating to articles and other resources. As a result, we changed the navigation throughout the website, making it easier, more intuitive, and helpful. You can see it broken down into the following areas:

• Get Started – Our getting started area consists of a this Welcome message, Community Help, FAQ area, and Community Feedback.
• News & Events – This is where you will find News, PSIRT Articles, Social Feed, and Events.
• Collaboration – All of the communities, consisting of our dedicated Japan community, Dev Center, Tools area, and Programs such as Ambassador and Sentinel.
• Education - A newly expanded Education area to assist you in all of your education related questions. Please see below for those features.
• Technologies – Individual pages dedicated to all of the Palo Alto Networks family of products, including Firewall, Threat Prevention, EndPoint, Prisma Suite (Access, SaaS, Public Cloud and VM-Series- AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as the Cortex Suite (Data Lake, XDR and Hub).
• Resources – All of the resources that you need to solve your cybersecurity needs. Please see below for those features.

New Technologies Area

In order to help everyone find more information about all of the Palo Alto Networks technologies, we have a new Technologies area.

From the brand-new Prisma suite to Cortex Suite to the Next Generation Firewall, we have you covered no matter what you are looking for.

New Education Area

We are happy to have a newly expanded Education area that includes the following sections:

• Certification
• Cybersecurity Academy
• Help Center
• Courseware
• Learning Happy Hour
• Veteran Training Initiative

Explore the new Education area and learn how you can become a certified cybersecurity professional.

Subscribe

We have even made it easier to subscribe to areas, like this Blog area, or to a specific blog.
