The TSIA STAR Awards are deemed one of the technology and service industry’s highest honors, allowing companies to be publicly acknowledged for their commitment to outstanding innovation, leadership, and excellence.
If you have been a customer of Palo Alto Networks for the past couple of years, you have seen enhancements and new features added to our Customer Support Portal and LIVEcommunity based on feedback from you, our customers.
Our focus on improving search results, using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is something our customers have noted as much improved in helping them find what they are looking for and allowing them to self-serve. And the TSIA judges found our work to be the differentiator between us and the other applicants in this year's competition.
We are grateful for the internal collaboration between our IT and Global Customer Services teams to deliver the best online customer experience we can. Their hard work and dedication made this award and industry recognition possible.
