How do I move my certificates to a different account or email address?

To have your existing certifications transferred to a new account, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Create a Learning Center account with the new email address.

 

  1. Login to the new Learning Center account to activate it.

 

  1. Send an email to edu-learning@paloaltonetworks.com requesting to have your transcript transfered to the new account. Please clearly indicate the prior account user ID (email address) and new account user ID (email address).

 

Once your transcript has been moved to the new account, the previous account will be deactivated.  Please allow 48 hours for the changes to apply and sync to complete.
