Evident Monitoring Audit Log will record write operations to the following objects:

    • Include Accepting ToS
    • Unlocking
  • Azure Channel Group
    • Include membership changes
  • Integration
  • External Account
    • Include creating new Loggerhead URL

    • Enabling/Disabling Built-in/Custom Compliance Standards

    • Include Custom Risk Level

  • User Attribution
  • Custom Signature 
    • Include activating/archiving definitions
    • Include running custom signature
  • Disable Signatures
  • Custom Compliance Standard
  • Custom Compliance Domain
  • Custom Compliance Control
  • User Profile
  • User Settings
  • Message Center Messages 
    • Including reading for the first time
  • Contact Request
  • Billing
  • Report
    • Running a report
