Evident Monitoring Dashboard contains no report information.  There is an error message, "You do not have any external accounts setup" at the top.

Diagnosis

Login to Evident Monitoring Web UI, go to Control Panel -> External Accounts (https://esp.evident.io/control_panel/external_accounts).  Check if any external accounts are listed.

Resolution


  • Create at least one external account.
  • If external accounts should have been configured, then you likely do not have access.  Contact your Evident Monitoring Admin to gain access to desired external accounts.
