Receiving this error when trying to do App ID adoption check.

My customer is up and running but he is receiving this error when performing an App ID adoption check:

 

“Completed. This log connector does not have a PANOS device assigned”

Have you created the Log Connector? You can send us an email to fwmigrate at paloaltonetworks dot com if you need more help

Thanks, yes we created the Log Connector.  In the end we had to delete device, project and add everything back and that fixed it.
