3rd Party Rack Mount for 2x PA-220

L0 Member

I'm looking at picking up a 2 device 1 unit 19" rack mount for my HA PA-220s off of Amazon.  I want to make sure this won't affect my support since it's not an official Palo Alto tray.  Am I ok with this?

Thanks!

@wbtech,

As long as you don't open the case Palo doesn't care what you do with it. I'm guessing this is the RACKMOUNT IT mount? It simply sits on the mount and you don't really need to do anything. You can screw in one set of screws but since you don't actually open the case it doesn't matter.

Never heard about this. You should be fine, just don't unscrew the device 😄

I went ahead and ordered.  My agent said it isn't a problem that he's aware of either.
