We have recently setup ActiveSync User-ID mapping on our system. Most of our users only have one school ActiveSync account on their device, however we have hit a problem when a user has multiple accounts.
For example on my iPad I have my work email account plus 2 additional shared accounts. My work account has a proxy group assigned to it, however the other two accounts don't.
I have found that some of the time that the ActiveSync mapping has gone against one of the two shared accounts and not my main. Therefore I get no internet access.
Is there a way around this, or is this just a limitation?
