Last time when I did that, Amazon already provided a config file with everytging you need to configure - you probably need to adjust this config a little to make it work in your environment, but thats about it already.
If you're talking a VPN into an AWS VPC, Amazon provides a "template" to download for you to cut and paste into your Palo Alto.
You access it by going into the VPC dashboard, then "Site-to-Site VPN connections", then selecting your VPN (or creating it, if you don;t have one done) and picking from the "Download Configuration" option at the top of the page.
You need to modify it to fit your environment - but as long as you're careful to follow the comments int the file they provide, the configs just work.
