Autofocus for MSP environments

L1 Bithead

Hi Guys

If an MSP wants to use Autofocus for its customers and wants each one to have its own independent dashboard, is there a way to do it. Or would they just need to buy an AF license per customer

You probably need to discuss options with your reseller, but most PA licensing is tied to both a specific account and associated hardware.  So assuming you are using virtual systems or virtual routers separate your MSP clients, I doubt the separation of portals would be possible with the current product.

But PA seems very focused on cloud and MSP type offerings this last year.  So getting into the NDA discussions with your reseller or PA engineer would be your best bet.  PA generally does not discuss roadmaps publicly.
