I was told that we can use a tool called Best Practice Assessment. Have you got the link/app to access it?

As far as I know this tool is only available for PaloAlto Partners.

If your company isn't a partnet, you could also ask your local SE if he/she could do this for you.

I'm a partner and the BPA tools seems to be available only as part of SFDC, but it will be great if you can make it available on the support page. I do not want to create fake opportunities just to have access to the tool.

Thanks

I asked about the Best Practice Assessment tool at the 2018 Ignite and was told it would be avaliable in a few months!  Well PAN, that time has come and gone.  Can you please tell us PAYING customers when we will have access to that tool please?

Thank you

Hello,

You can reach out to your SE and they can do it for you.
