I cannot download Software or Dynamic Updates on PA-200 w/7.01-b19
Cleared all logs and also reviewed tech note "How and When to Clear Disk Space on the Palo Alto Networks Device"
Reviewed LiveCommunity and deleted files in the pcap directory and also the debug-log mp-log files.

> Check if the internet connectivity is there for the interface which is used to download the updates

What error are you getting while trying to download the software? Click on check now and then try to download again.
Apparently you are still running beta version code (7.0.1-b19). Can you try again with release version installed?
Kindly Mention the error message which you get when trying to download the same it will surely help to find the Root cause of the issue
since you're still running on beta software, you may first need to refresh the software page and download the 7.0.1 base image (non-beta) before you can upgrade to later maintenance releases
