Can use PA-5060 AC Power code at London?

Is the attached AC power code in PA-5060 (C-13 connector) able to use  205V at London?

Does PANW attached any special power code for GB?

Just wanted to share this link with you. It says that for IEC 320 C13 connector, the acceptable input voltage is 90-250V.
