Is anyone out there having issues getting captive portal to show when using Firefox. All I get is a blank screen, the URL does not change to the redirect address and it appears to be stuck doing something. The environment is the following:
* Firefox 16 with both Windows and Mac
* Captive portal using redirect mode to IP address
* PAN OS 4.1.7
I appreciate any feedback.

I have had good luck with CP and firefox although I do not recall if I was using 4.1.7.
One issue I did have was our wireless system was disallowing access to the necessary IP address for the redirect. Not sure if that helps, but something to keep in mind.

Hi there,
I'm experiencing the same issue since moving to PAN OS 5.0.4 and using Firefox 17 ESR.
Still working fine on a really older version of Firefox 6.0.1 and IE 8 & 10
Have only tested it on Windows workstations but will test it on Linux and Mac tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue.
