Certificate attached to non existant security profile

L0 Member

Hello,

I've encoutered a problem regarding the deletion of a Certificate. When i try to delete it i get the following error message:

1- Failed to delete certificate - xyz
    xyz cannot be deleted because of references from:
    ssl-tls-service-profile -> xyz-ssl-tls-service-profile -> certificate

When i travel to the SSL/TLS Service Profile page, there is no profile associated to that certificate.

By checking the certificate references, i get the infromation that it is being referenced in vsys1.

Any ideas on how i can remove this certificate and its associations?

Thank you

try reverting the policy 'from running'

then see if the certificate profile does show up

if still nothing you will want to try exporting the config file and verifying if the profile is there

you could try deleting it from there and re-importing the config
