Configuration and Management (EDU-110) > Lab question

L1 Bithead

Hello, I am starting with this training "Firewall 8.0 Essentials: Configuration and Management (EDU-110)" and on page 12  it states:

1. Launch a browser and connect to https://192.168.1.254

Is there any other way to access this lab? or any lab environment for practice?

Thanks in advanced

@perezk,

You can join the user group at that link, and then sign up for the 8.0 lab at the link below. You'll be granted a 4-hour long session with the lab unit, so you should be able to work through EDU-110 in that time frame.

@perezk,

Palo Alto Networks does not host a 'lab' enviroment and the guides are really written for training classes that someone would attend in person. To utilize them properly you really should be going through the guides with a lab unit.

You can join the FUEL user group and they have a lab setup that you'll be granted temporary access to, however there is a time limit with that access.

@BPry

Thanks a lot for the info.. could you please tell me how to join or where to find that FUEL user group?

Thanks!
