DHCP Server and DHCP Relay

L1 Bithead

2 interfaces with DHCP server configure (interface ip 172.16.13.1) Scope 192.168.12.2-254 and (interface ip 172.16.33.1) scope 192.168.32.2-254
2 interfaces with DHCP relay to 172.16.13.1 and 172.16.33.1
all the interfaces are on the Palo Alto firewall
the dhcp discover is working but the dhcp offer is not working , the DHCP ofer is in the firewall and not getting to the client

interface: "ae2.13"
Allocated IPs: 1, Total number of IPs in pool: 253. 0.4% used
ip mac hostname state duration lease_time 
192.168.12.4 macaddress hostname offered 604800 Tue Jun 25 00:06:33 2019
interface: "ae2.33" 
Allocated IPs: 1, Total number of IPs in pool: 253. 0.4% used
ip mac hostname state duration lease_time 
192.168.32.2 macaddress hostname offered 604800 Mon Jun 24 19:28:04 2019

 

 

Any ideas why the client not getting an IP address ?

Palo Alto support said it cant be configured and if we want it to work talk to the sales department and create a feature request

So to be clear here the DHCP server and the DHCP relay you are attempting to utilize both exist on the firewall itself? 

yes , and its not working Palo alto support replicated the issue in their lab
