Default username and password not working on PANOROMA

@pkathiria,

With so little info where exactly are you hoping for help? If the default username and password were changed, or the default account was removed, the only thing you can do is access it via a different administrator account or contact support in hopes they can help you. 

Short of that, you are stuck resetting and rebuilding.
