Has anyone installed a Digium PBX behind a PaloAlto firewall?
Here is the connectivity that Digium says they need to have phones work:
5060 UDP (SIP)
10,000-20,000 UDP (RTP)
80 TCP (remote Phone provisioning)
5222 and 843 TCP (Switchboard)
5689 (Switchboard chat)
Having a Digium PBX system behind a PAN should be supported.
Are you having issues or about to install a PAN inline that has a Digium PBX?
If you are seeing issues you might have to create an application override for SIP and increase session timers.
If you need assistance please call into support or contact local reseller for assistance.
