'Failed to generate Panorama server certificate. Devices may not be able to connect.

Not applicable

I have done a fresh install of Panorama 4.1.10 and  i keep receiving the message 'Failed to generate Panorama server certificate. Devices may not be able to connect.'

I have tried all the possible options i can remember from CLI or GUI but i didn't get any success.

Has anyone experienced the same problem before?

Thanks

Thanks sdarapuneni, today i had  a GoToMeeting session with a Palo Support engineer and the problem has been solved by overwriting the file where the Panorama serial number is stored by a local backup (root mode).

Looks like we are unable to read the serial number from the file. The easiest way to get around this is to factory reset and configure the panorama again. If this does not fix the issue, please open a case with Support to investigate.
