We're trying to push out a newer version of the Global Protect client with the "Prompt" method via the Portal.
The users are promped, but when they click Yes, it never upgrades - ever...we've had clients connected for hours with no success.
The upgrade works fine for our OSX clients but never succeeds with Windows machines.
We're currently on PANOS 6.0.10, with GP Clients on 2.2.1 trying to go to 2.3.2.
Sounds like you are facing a bug I have also run into, should be fixed in 2.3.4. Are your windows version non-english installations?
Can you uninstall the client and upgrade it manually?
I have the same problem, is just in windows with non-english version.
The issue appears with the last one 3.0.1 version.
