HIP Data From GP not match client machine

Hi all , 

 

I would like to know about when use GP and HIP check while collect hip data I see  information not match  example I have anti-virus vendor "T" and on client machine then agent version 10.2.3.xx but on GP HIP Host state will show Anti-virus vendor "T" is 10.2.2.x.x  why get collect data not match with client machine ,However, I use resubmit-host profile  hip but not work

@Pattarachai,

Have you verified that the registery key on the effected machine is actually indicating the correct antivirus version. Usually in cases like this you'll find that the keys that the HIP check is actually reading aren't set correctly.

@BPry  Do you mean that GP is get collect wrong because of  registery key  not correct or not ?

Correct. Sometimes software will upgrade correctly but the registry key that HIP is using doesn't get updated to the new version number. The software may show the proper version number, but the actual registry key that is supposed to get set will show the old information.
