User reported MSN mail being blocked as, but my Hotmail and her other MSN email accounts work fine. I investigated and found that the server:
Is being categorized by the PAN device as
which is correctly being categorized as web-based-email.
I went to the Brightcloud website and did a lookup on
sn123w.snt123.mail.live.com, and they say that server is fine.
What's going on here?

I tested that url on various PAN devices including our Corp device and it is being recognized as web-based-mail. We're currently running URL version 3516 at the moment. What version is running on the PAN box in question?
