How to authenticate with Global Protect Gateway when RDP to RAS client

L0 Member

Hoping anybody out there can help me with RDP to RAS connected client. We set "User Switch Tunnel Rename Timeout" value to 120 to allow RDP. According to the document, authentication with GP GW is needed after establishing RDP session, but we do not know how. Result, RDP session is disconnected after 120 seconds grace period. Will somebody let me know what we need to do to continue the RDP session after grace period ends? Any input is greatly appreciated! THANKS!!
