How to create an IPSec Tunnel between 2 dynamic locations

I was looking for some documentation on creating IPSect tunnel between 2 devices that have Dynamic WAN interfaces.  Is this possible between PA2020's

Hello,

I don't think it's possible because DynDNS is not not supported on Palo alto (correct me if I'm wrong !).

With Dyndns, each firewall could find the remote IP address of the other fiirewall to establish the tunnel.

On site must have a fix IP...

HA is correct, both sides cannot be dynamic, only one.
