Either you or the customer will need to register the customer's device on the PAN support site and create a new ID. At the support site, there is a link in the right hand side that says "No account yet? Register". Click that link, add in the customer's contact information along with a login ID and password, and at the bottom of that form, you can put in the serial number of the device they purchased. You and/or the customer should have also received an email with the serial number and authorization codes for the licenses. You'll need to add in those licenses as well.
