IPSEC VPN - Multipoint-to-multipoint, multipoint-to-point

Watched this video, but was unclear if this was supported?

I've got two datacenters and 10 remote offices. I want the DC's to be connected via IPSEC VPN (easy enough). I want the remote offices to be connected to each datacenter via IPSEC.  Essentially, a "dual-hub and spoke" design.  On top of this, BGP will do the routing.

Certainly, it would be much easier to create the single "tunnel.1" interface vs. having to create tunnel.x interface pairs per site.

Anyone implementing in this fashion? Not using LSVPN by the way.
