We are sending syslog to a syslog_NG and see the data in a tcpdump on both sides but the SNG is not recording the. It appears that the host value in the raw syslog is not showing up properly and is showing an additional date in the field it should be showing the host...

I've highlighted the portion of the log that should be showing host and it's not. Has anyone had issues with this? Is there a way to know how the format is in default?
