We have to implement a Globalprotect VPN Deployment using 3050 in HA Pair in which we have to use a single Portal and define Multiple External Gateways somewhat we call in Cisco Anyconnect as multiple profiles.
Is it possible to define Multiple External Gateways using the same Interface catering to different OS types and using a single Portal configurations. I want to use manual gateway selection for the agent app like Gateway-Prod, Gateway-Mobile, etc..

assuming i have understood your post..
Yes..
you can have one portal fred.com
in the agent config for fred.com you supply the following options
windows gateway=fred.com
IOS gateway=fred2.com
Mac gateway=fred3.com
etc for android,chrome and windowsUWP.
the gateway can also be given on user_ID.
any gateway can be autodiscover or manual selection.
