PanOS 4.1.0 Interface view

Not applicable

Hi we've updated our boxes, to 4.1.0.

The problem is, that the interface view is unsorted. Maybe this can be changed in an setting somewhere.

Anyone else had this problem and a solution for this?

Thx

Hi,

Would you provide a screen capture or elaborate the meaning of "unsorted"?

Regards,

Jones

I have noticed that the subinterface we are configuring are showing up randomly in the interface rather than under the parent interface

i.e ethernet1/1.312 is showing up under ethernet1/4 instead of under ethernet1/1

Is that what you are describing?

Columns can be added and adjusted as per the attached screen grab. Please display your screen shot so we can compare and contrast.

Hi,

please see the enclosed screenshot.

Unsorted mean, that for example interface 1/3.701 is under 1/10

That's realy bad and I've already a problem due to this

Any ideas?

Thx

I am seeing the same thing in a configuration I just wrapped up.

Functionally there does not appear to be an issue, its a visual and management issue and can be confusing if you are not aware of the issue.

Is there a work around to resort the list?

Thanks

James

Hello,

you're right. It's not a technical problem it's just confusing. I'll contact our SE and will keep you posted.

Thx

muellerm, as rkalugdan pointed out, does the adjust column or sort column function yield different results?

Hello,

the adjust column doesn't work. And I can't find the sort option.

Thx
