Hi guys,
I see this issue on a customer firewall.
They have multiple device groups, and just one device group uses templates. And that's the only which is in sync as in the picture, is this the reason for it to go out of sync?
They manage network settings locally and use groups only for policies and objects.
Then I just created a dummy address object and pushed it to the panorama first and then to a individual device group and the shared policy came up as in sync again.
I don't understand what was the reason for it to go out of sync in the first place.
