Problem upgrading GlobalProtect

L3 Networker

Hi,

I’ve some problem upgrading GlobalProtect

Now I’ve 2.1.1 version

Activating a new version (I try with 2.2.2 and also with 2.3.1) automatic upgrade fail and I need to manually remove GlobalProtect and install new version again.

I also tried to install 2.2.2 and then trying an automatic upgrade to 2.3.1 but it still fails

Hello,

How are you performing this upgrade? Are you just downloading the new package onto the PC and installing it that way or did you configure the Portal to upgrade the client (also which method are you using, manual, prompt, transparent?

Regards,
