Problem with Panorama

L1 Bithead

Hi,

I need to specify a group to access an SSL VPN.
When I try to select a user or group from the agent menu in Panorama, they are not available.
If I try to do the same on a physical equipment, it works.
Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

under panorama:device groups. You need to make one of the devices the master. And select “store users and groups”

Can I ask:

1. How are the users setup? User-ID through AD?

2. This works on a firewall directly, but not through Panorama.. so was this setup through Panorama? or Setup on the Firewall first?

The more information that you can provide would help.

I have a master device selected, but I can't see "store users and groups"
Just in time, when I create Security Rules all user and groups are listed.

The connection with my AD works using User Mapping. All my configuration is made using Panorama. When I create a Security Rules I can select a specific user ou group, but when I configure a agent in GlobalProtect (Portals ou Gateways), Panorama doesn't show the list with users and groups.
